 Cheryl Orsborn Administrative AssistantCheryl is my Administrative Assitant. She is my listing coordinator and transaction manager. As the listing coordinator, Cheryl enters all new listings into the computer. Once listed, she monitors them by making sure they have top notch advertising. As the transaction manager, once a property enters into a contract, she coordinates everything up to the closing process. This includes setting up appraisals, surveys, home inspections, walk-thru's, key exchanges & termite inspections. She is in direct contact with mortgage companies and the attorney offices, securing timely results and avoiding complications. Cheryl will walk hand and hand with you throughout the entire closing process. |
